Mauri Peyton grew up in Dallas, TX. He earned a B.A. in business administration from Washington Jefferson College and graduated cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law, where he was an editor of the St. Thomas Law Review. In 2007, Mauri founded the Law Firm of Mauri Peyton, P.A.

Originally from the Washington, DC area, the focus of Jane’s practice is association law and real property litigation. Melissa O’Connor, Esq.

Of Counsel

Melissa O’Connor assists clients in the firms’ environmental and land use practice, including counseling and advising clients about strategies to assure environmental compliance and avoid or minimize environmental risks and liabilities, in addition to defense of environmental enforcement actions. She represents companies and individuals in matters involving federal, state, and local regulatory agencies. She also assists in real estate litigation matters.
