Prior to joining Peyton Bolin, PL, Michael Goldstein worked as in-house counsel for a commercial auto insurance company handling declaratory actions involving insurance coverage, commercial litigation cases and regulatory matters. Additionally, Michael brings extensive litigation experience, having spent several years handling highly contested foreclosure cases throughout the state.
Michael obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science along with a minor in Business Administration. Michael then went on to receive his law degree from the University of Miami, School of Law. He also had the rare opportunity to work under U.S. Senator Bob Graham in Washington, D.C.
Originally from New Jersey, Michael spent his childhood growing up in South Florida. In his free time, Michael and his wife enjoy watching their kids play soccer and acting in plays. They are always looking for the next great family adventure.
