Mauri E. Peyton, Esq.

Mauri E. Peyton is a founding member of PeytonBolin and is the Chief Financial Officer. He leads the litigation practice of the firm and serves as general counsel to many of the firm's association clients. Prior to working with Jane Bolin, he ran his own legal practice and had worked for the Broward State Attorney's Office, United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and several law firms in South Florida. Mauri grew up in Dallas, TX and earned a B.A. in business administration from Washington Jefferson College and graduated cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2007, where he was an editor of the St. Thomas Law Review. 

Mauri has been a Florida Bar Certified Real Estate lawyer since 2013. This certification provides recognition to attorneys who have demonstrated a high level of knowledge, skill, and experience in the field of Real Estate Law. He is known for his expertise in real estate law and is considered one of the top-rated real estate attorneys in Florida. 

Mauri is an member of the Broward Bar Association and involved with several local charities. Mauri has been a guest attorney for the Litigation Boot Camp for Financial Experts, presented by the Financial Forensics Institute of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA), where he conducted the mock trial finale in front of a live jury. Mauri also presented at the Entrepreneurship Summer Camp and Personal Enrichment (ESCAPE) sponsored by the International Institute for Franchise Education and Nova Southeastern University, where he spoke to ambitious high school students on the topic of business ethics.

Mauri is a family man. When he isn't in the office you will find him with his family and occasionally playing pickleball if its not too hot.
