Let’s dispel with the formalities right now. If we’re going to be working together, it’s important that we can talk to each other like real people. So while we’ll try to keep from overwhelming you with a lot of legal terminology that only has meaning to other lawyers, you should feel free to talk to us about anything that matters to you or is bothering you. That way we can have real conversations and actually get things done.

We bring our litigation experience and skills to each matter in a case-specific and cost-effective way. Although always prepared to litigate aggressively for our clients, we are practical problem solvers who seek resolve the underlying concern for our clients.

Melissa O’Connor assists clients in the firms’ environmental and land use practice, including counseling and advising clients about strategies to assure environmental compliance and avoid or minimize environmental risks and liabilities, in addition to defense of environmental enforcement actions. She represents companies and individuals in matters involving federal, state, and local regulatory agencies. She also assists in real estate litigation matters.
